Quality Control for Bonded Lamination Stacks
In-Process and Final Inspection
Quality control is applied across the entire manufacturing chain, covering:
- Incoming material inspection
- In-process checks during stacking and bonding
- Final inspection prior to shipment
Incoming material inspection In-process checks during stacking and bonding Final inspection prior to shipment Inspection processes are defined, documented, and executed in accordance with internal control plans, ensuring traceability and consistent quality performance.
Quality Management System
Our inspection and quality control procedures are conducted within a structured quality management framework. Huaci operates in compliance with internationally recognized quality management systems, including:
- ISO 9001
- IATF 16949
These certifications reflect our capability in production management, process control, and continuous improvement, supporting stable quality delivery for both prototype and series applications.
Dimensional Measurement and Inspection
For dimensional verification, we utilize ZEISS coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to inspect critical features of lamination stacks, including:
- Outer and inner diameters
- Stack height and parallelism
- Concentricity and geometric tolerances
- Form and position accuracy of functional features
High-precision CMM inspection ensures that lamination stacks meet defined drawing requirements and maintain stable geometry throughout series production.
