Electrical Steel Coating for Bonded Lamination Stacks

Huaci provides high-quality electrical steel with excellent magnetic properties, including high saturation flux density, low iron loss, and superior permeability. These materials ensure efficient, reliable motor performance for modern applications.

We use 20-high Sendzimir rolling mill, for multiple-pass rolling. Considering the specific requirements for recrystallization of thin silicon steel, we apply high-temperature annealing and flatness correction to customized production for material coatings, maximizing the magnetic performance of ultra-thin silicon steel. The process is tailored to meet the specialized requirements of applications such as high-speed motors, flywheel energy storage, and anode-saturated reactors.

Ultra-Thin Electrical Steel

Suitable for various high-speed, high-efficiency motors operating at frequencies ranging from 400 Hz to 4000 Hz. The surface is smooth and flat, with minimal sheet thickness variation.
