We specialize in high-performance bonded lamination stacks — from prototype to series producion.
Located in Shenzhen, China. We are a manufacturer of bonded lamination stacks for electric motors.
Our approach aligns material selection with bonded stacking processes to achieve high magnetic flux density, structural integrity, and efficient material utilization — increasing performance in reduced motor volumes while maintaining stable operation.
Custom Stator & Rotor Stacks for Motor
We provide a range of bonded lamination stack solutions, manufactured in-house for demanding electric motor applications.
Bonded Lamination Stacks for Electric Motors
Specialized in full-surface bonding, we manufacture bonded lamination stacks with precise geometry and stable structure, supporting flexible motor designs, including segmented and coreless configurations.
The bonded structure provides high structural stiffness, controlled concentricity, and low vibration, ensuring reliable magnetic performance and stable operation across a wide operating range, including high-speed applications.
Small-diameter bonded lamination stacks down to 4 mm are supported.
Customized Bonded Solutions
From material selection to process control, we support the development of bonded lamination stacks according to application requirements.
Our engineering team works with customers throughout the project, addressing aspects such as magnetic performance, mechanical stability, manufacturability, and production feasibility.
Material choice, coating systems, bonding behavior, and stacking accuracy are coordinated to ensure stable results from prototyping to series production.
This approach allows bonded lamination stacks to meet defined technical and quality requirements across different motor designs.

Rapid Prototyping
We provide rapid prototyping for bonded lamination stacks using laser cutting and wire EDM, enabling high-precision laminations to be produced quickly.
This approach allows customers to validate designs early in development, supporting flexible evaluation of various motor types and project requirements.
Rapid prototyping accelerates iteration, helping engineers test and refine performance before moving to series production.
Series Production
Series production is based on progressive stamping of individual laminations, followed by a bonded stacking process with online curing integrated directly into the stacking mold.
During continuous lamination stacking, heating and curing are performed simultaneously in the mold, ensuring controlled bonding conditions and consistent consolidation of the lamination stack.
This integrated stacking and curing process enables precise control of geometry, structural integrity, and magnetic performance, while supporting repeatable quality across production batches.
Dedicated production lines allow scalable series volumes without deviation from the validated process window established during prototyping.
Quality Control
For motor applications, consistency is as important as performance.
Our quality control focuses on process stability and in-process verification, ensuring each bonded lamination stack meets defined specifications for dimensions, geometry, and material behavior.
Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) are used for precise dimensional and geometric inspection, enabling accurate control of form and positional tolerances.
This approach minimizes variation and supports reliable motor performance over time.
Material
Material choice directly impacts motor efficiency, loss, and long-term reliability.
We support customers in selecting suitable magnetic materials and lamination thicknesses based on performance targets such as magnetic flux density, core loss, operating frequency, and mechanical requirements. Typical lamination thicknesses include 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20, 0.25, and 0.35 mm.
By aligning material properties with bonded stacking processes, we help achieve the required performance targets within defined design constraints.
Applications and Industries
Huaci offers a wide range of motor cores for various industries and applications.
